Lazio midfielder Daichi Kamada wouldn’t be short of suitors in case he decides to terminate his stint at Lazio at the end of the season.

Last summer, the Japan international joined the Biancocelesti on a free transfer after seeing out his contract with Eintracht Frankfurt. However, his agreement with Lazio includes interesting terms. For instance, the original contract is only valid for one year, but the player will have the option to renew it until 2027.

If the midfielder chooses to extend his stay at Formello, he must exercise this option before the 30th of May, leaving Lazio sweating. On the other hand, if Kamada opts to embark on a new experience, Il Messaggero (via LazioNews24) reveals that he’ll have three options to choose from.

The first is a move to the Premier League where he can reunite with his former Frankfurt coach Oliver Glasner who took over Crystal Palace earlier this year. Interestingly, the second route leads back to Eintracht where he plied his trade between 2019 and 2023. Finally, the third option is a move to Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach.

Moreover, Lazio president Claudio Lotito is urging the 27-year-old to remain at the club, especially after gaining more prominence since the arrival of Igor Tudor. This statement was relayed by Il Messaggero (via LazioNews24).

The coach is involving him and has made him a cornerstone for the future, now he must decide to stay at Lazio

This season, Kamada has made 34 appearances in all competitions, contributing with a single goal and two assists.
